4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure footwear. Our return policy includes:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Non-returnable items: Sandals & Slides (hygiene reasons) and final sale items

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
3. Ship items to our Seattle address with RMA visible
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

4.3 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

• Processed within 3-5 business days after approval
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)
• Issued to original payment method

Exchanges:

• Processed within 7-10 business days
• Subject to availability
• We cover replacement shipping costs
