Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Timeframe: 15 days from receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or packing slip
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals & Slides (due to direct foot contact)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items including:
- The original product in its box
- All original packaging materials
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after return approval. Credit to your account depends on payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Amount: Purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
Exchange Information
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days from receiving your return
- Availability: Subject to product availability. If unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund
- Shipping: We cover shipping costs for replacement items
Additional Information
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and customs fees. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
