Return & Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or packing slip.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals & Slides (due to direct foot contact)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items including:
- The original product in its box
- All original packaging materials
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Exchange Information
- Processing Time: Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days from when we receive your return.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size/style isn’t available, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
- Shipping: We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
